Field Trips
Guest speakers (with a few exceptions; please reach out to the committee if you believe you have a special circumstance)
Furniture that is NOT durable (we will no longer purchase furniture from Amazon or IKEA)
We recommend looking at furniture suppliers that specifically target schools or offices such as School Specialty, Discount School Supply, School Outfitters, or ULine.

Download the application here and begin working on your grant directly in the document. We do not recommend opening the document as a Google Doc.
Below are short videos outlining two methods you could use if you need some help getting started:
Download the document to your computer and then open it in your browser (Chrome or Firefox are recommended). You will download and save your new version each time you need to step away.
Use a Google PDF Editor such as DocHub (this may not be available through your school Google account).
Download the file and use a PDF editor such as Adobe Acrobat (*Remember to save often as you work because the PDF version will not save automatically)

Before completing your application, discuss your idea with your principal and get their initial approval. It would also be a good idea to reach out to any other administrators that would need to be involved in your grant (technology, maintenance, etc.).

Upload your completed application to this Google Form. You can submit up to four additional attachments if needed. Applications must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm on Friday, September 26, 2025.
Be original and innovative with your ideas. As you fill out the application, help the committee understand why your grant will benefit your students. Show us what your plan is through well-articulated attainable and measurable goals. This is your chance to be creative and receive funding that is over and beyond what the normal district budget allows. This grant is not meant to fund field trips or other learning activities that can be implemented with the district budget. This grant is for out-of-the-box ideas that cannot typically be funded. Anything that will enhance the students’ learning experiences is fair game.
